The terms and conditions below apply to all customers, including individuals purchasing goods for their own use and those that are buying for business purpose. This include all trade accounts.
This website is owned and managed by HAIRGAZYM BEAUTY, and it is assumed that as a user of the HAIRGAZYM BEAUTY website, you have accepted these terms and conditions in their entirety and by use of the website you agreed to be bound by our terms and conditions.
Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept all major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged. Please review your order, items and shipping information carefully. Once submitted, your order and payment will be processed and cannot be changed for any reason without canceling your order. If your order is canceled, your bank will typically hold the authorized funds from between 3 and 5 business days. Unfortunately, this is out of our control so please be sure your order information is accurate.
If any product is out of stock, unavailable or if we are just simply unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving a substitution. If a substitution is not acceptable you may wish to terminate the sale in which case, we will refund the amount charged to your credit card.
Return & Replacement Policy
At HAIRGAZYM BEAUTY we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. All our hair is prepared and professionally packaged at our factory in India. Everything goes through a rigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.
From time to time, HAIRGAZYM BEAUTY, at its sole discretion, may accept return of product(s) or portions of a product(s) with the exception of Wigs, under the following conditions.
- We accept return(s) within 30 calendar days of original purchase date. Any return(s) request after 30 calendar days of purchase will not be honored.
- The product(s) must be sent back to us in order to process the return.
- If you purchased your product(s) online or over the phone, please contact Client Care 08148323674 and 081483221621.
- In return package please include all item(s) for return and your original invoice.
- HAIR must be in original condition.
- We will not accept any HAIR which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, removed from weft or otherwise processed) in any way.
- Zip ties and tags must be intact. Any merchandise that is received without zip ties and tags will be returned to the client without an issue of a refund.
- Bundle Deals cannot be separated into individual units to be return.
Once your item(s) have been received at our office it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused, in its original condition we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. Your refund should appear in your account within 3 to 5 business days, subject to your bank’s processing time.
